Refund Policy

1. Overview
ZyanLabs delivers custom digital services — including website development, automation systems, and growth consulting. Because our work involves significant time, planning, and expertise invested from the start of each engagement, our refund policy reflects the nature of bespoke service delivery.
2. Deposits
All project engagements require an upfront deposit before work begins. Deposits are non-refundable. They cover the cost of initial discovery, project planning, resource allocation, and any preliminary work completed prior to or at project kick-off.
3. Milestone Payments
For projects structured around milestones, payments made upon achieving a milestone are non-refundable. Each milestone payment reflects work already delivered and approved by the client.
4. Cancellation Before Completion
If a client cancels an engagement before project completion:
- The deposit and any milestone payments already made are non-refundable.
- The client will be invoiced for any work completed beyond paid milestones, prorated at the agreed project rate.
- Any unused portion of a retainer or pre-paid block (where applicable) may be refunded at our discretion, minus a 20% administration fee.
5. Scope Changes
Requests to reduce project scope after work has commenced do not automatically entitle the client to a refund. Any credits for reduced scope will be discussed on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing.
6. Dissatisfaction and Revisions
We are committed to client satisfaction. Our agreements include a defined number of revision rounds. If you are unhappy with a deliverable, please raise your concerns in writing and we will work to resolve them within the agreed revision scope.
Dissatisfaction with a completed deliverable that has been approved by the client does not constitute grounds for a refund.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases where ZyanLabs fails to deliver agreed services due to circumstances within our control, we will offer one of the following at our discretion:
- A full or partial refund of the relevant payment.
- A credit toward future services of equivalent value.
- Re-delivery of the affected services at no additional charge.
8. How to Request a Refund
To raise a refund request or discuss a billing concern, contact us at info@zyanlabs.com with your project details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time your project agreement is signed governs your engagement.
